Contact Attorney Fiona Goodison — Of Counsel
Ms. Goodison represents private individuals and entities in a variety of industries. The primary focus of her work is will and estate planning, entity formation, and probate and heirship issues.
Originally from Florida, Ms. Goodison is a high school graduate of the Gulliver Preparatory School in Miami. She then moved to Houston to attend Rice University where she obtained a B.A. in political science and sociology. Next, she attended South Texas College of Law and graduated with a J.D. in 2002. While in law school, Ms. Goodison clerked for the Honorable Judge Sherry Radack, former judge of the 55th district court in Harris County, who now serves as the Chief Justice of the First Court of Appeals Place 1. After taking time off to stay home with her three young children, Ms. Goodison joined Wadler, Perches, Hundl & Kerlick in early 2019, and has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2002. She practices out of the firm’s growing Fulshear office.The focus of Fulshear office is to provide legal consultation for a flat (fixed) fee, including wills and estate planning, probate and heirship issues, real estate consultation, entity formation and other general transactional matters. Ms. Goodison has extensive courtroom experience and prior to joining the firm, Ms. Goodison practiced a variety of types of litigation, including but not limited to: personal injury defense, insurance defense, and commercial litigation in Houston, Texas.
Ms. Goodison lives with her husband, Andre, their three children and three rescue boxers in Fulshear, Texas. They are active in First United Methodist Church, Fulshear. She is also active with the Houston Boxer Rescue and enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and their sporting events.
