Meet Attorney Shea A. Krauskopf — Associate
Shea A. Krauskopf is an associate attorney with the firm, and is primarily located in our Bay City office. Mr. Krauskopf represents clients in a variety of fields including oilfield services, construction and material services, real estate investments, and private individuals. While Mr. Krauskopf’s practice focuses on civil litigation, he also handles a number of transactional matters including estate planning, real estate transactions, contract drafting and review, entity formation and wind, solar, and battery farm lease review and negotiations. Mr. Krauskopf is capable of representing landowners in wind, solar, and battery lease negotiations across Texas.
Mr. Krauskopf is a 2012 graduate of Bay City High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University in 2016 and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2019.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Krauskopf clerked with Lawrence F. Labanowski & Associates in Houston, Texas, assisting the firm in complex tax, real estate, and oil and gas litigation.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Krauskopf is involved in the community in a number of facets. He currently holds a position on the board of director for the Boys and Girls Club of Bay City, and he is a member of the Bay City Chamber of Commerce, the Matagorda County Bar Association, and the Matagorda County Texas A&M Club.
Mr. Krauskopf resides in Matagorda County with his wife, Jordan.
