Associate Attorney
Brian Charles Bankhead is an associate attorney with the firm and is practicing primarily out of our Fulshear office. Mr. Bankhead represents a variety of clients involved in civil litigation that includes property owners, consumer protection, businesses, and probate matters. He also handles a number of general transaction matters including estate planning, entity formation, and business development.
Mr. Bankhead was raised in Sealy and is a 2002 graduate of Sealy High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Lutheran University in 2005, and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2020.
Before and while attending law school, Mr. Bankhead worked in the corporate world in a number of information technology positions within multiple industries. Prior to working at Wadler, Perches, Kerlick as an associate, he was a law clerk with the Firm.
Mr. Bankhead is a member of the Houston Bar Association and Phi Delta Phi, the International Legal Honors Society.
Mr. Bankhead resides in Harris County with his wife, Therese, and their two children, Cordelia and Emery.
